First, we do our research.

We’ll dive into your Website and collateral to learn about your company’s culture, brand, products/services, history and top executives. Then we’ll assess your competition’s communications materials…this will help as we devise a strong communications strategy to set you apart from the crowd.

Next, we interview your SME’s (Subject Matter Experts)

We’ll want to know the goals of the communications piece, who the target market is, what features/benefits need to be stressed, the call to action, etc.

Then, we draft a Creative Brief.

Before we actually start writing, we’ll provide you with document summarizing the highlights of what we’ve learned during our research, key points to be communicated, and recommended tone of the piece, to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

We begin to write!

We write a first draft, edit it ourselves, polish it up and provide it to you for review.

Client Feedback.

At this stage, we’re interested in your thoughts and comments. We’ll incorporate them into our 2nd draft…usually we need no more than three drafts to make our clients happy.

The Piece is produced.

If the project is going to be printed by you, our role is done. However, if you need us to oversee design and production, we’ll take on that responsibility as well…and will deliver a fabulous end product to you.
